Sony has launched latest addition walkman F800 in the form of the new addition android power walkman. It has 3.5-inch touch screen with Ice Cream Sandwich onboard, easily accessible to the Google Play Store. The Sony unveils android power walkman F800 is clearly Sony’s attempt to take on the iPod touch, and although the Japanese company hasn’t given us a whole lot of details on the device just yet, it does look very promising.
It’s stylish and slim, measuring just 8.9mm thick, and boasts “plenty of processing power for smooth, speedy responses.”

It will ship with a “generous range” of apps pre-installed — including email, maps and a media gallery — with access to the ever-growing catalog of applications on Google Play. As you’d expect, the device is also compatible with Sony’s Music Unlimited streaming service.
Other features include Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, and “thumping bass powered by S-Master MX Digital Amplifier and five Clear Audio technologies.” Sony promises the F800 will provide up to 4.5 hours of video, and up to 20 hours of audio playback.
The Android Powered Walkman F800 will ship with 8GB, 16GB, or 32GB of storage, but there’s no word on pricing or a release date just yet.
